I currently take "Safeway Select Premium Quality Heart Health Fish Oil with Omega-3 Fatty Acids Dietary Supplement" Suggested use: Take one softgel three times daily with a full glass of water, preferrably after a meal." I get an occassional "fishy" burp with these but not often and no noticeable smell. There is 30 calories in the total daily dose. I feel like these work for me quite well and I feel better taking them, however I have heard of a more complete supplement that works twice as well and must look into it.
