Although I don't celebrate New Year's Eve, I wish everyone a happy and full-filling year in 2007! I hope that each year of your life is prosperous and joyful! I did what I usually do on New Year's Eve, I hung out by myself, puttered around a bit, ordered a mushroom/artichoke pizza and went to bed early. The kid was out at a family friend's having a blast while I was awaken (as usual) to the sound of fireworks, noisemakers and everyone in the neighborhood yelling "Happy New Years!!"
Today has been a rather quiet day off, I don't really plan on doing much outside of sleeping and eating. I did make some yummy tacos with this awesome taco filling by "Fantastic World Foods." I think if I served up tacos to all my meat lover friends they wouldn't notice the difference right away and might actually enjoy them as much as I did.
My elbow is still swollen from the spider bite, it's rather red and aches at times.. I wonder how long a spider bite can stick around without becoming worrisome?
