Okay, I had it.
Yesterday, after my first day of training at my new job I waited for my daughter to show her face. She doesn't do much of that around here anymore. She's had a lock on her room which has no key and travels in and out her bedroom window. Chaos has stricken our little family. Of course, this is all happening while I had been trying to find a job. Of course. Anywhoo, long story short between coming home whenever she feels like it and not going to school and throwing out things that are mine or our food, I have had it. Last night, I heard someone in her room and waited for who I thought was my daughter to come out. It was not. It was her best friend who I demanded tell me where my daughter was. "Outside." I took that opportunity to take the locking door knob off her door and put a lock on her window. It was then that her friend ran outside to tell her. Her room was in shambles, sifted through, things taken down from the walls. I had to wonder what she was up too? Moving out? Running away? So, because it's been on my mind for awhile I reported my daughter to the county sheriffs for behavioral problems and reported her missing as well. The officer and I agree she is most likely at a friends and in no danger but this behavior has to stop. No matter how, it has to stop.
